Cobra FI2000R Plug-In Fuel Processor for Harley Davidson
The Fi2000 O2 digital fuel processor is designed to work with all H-D exhaust systems (stock or aftermarket) equipped with oxygen sensors in place (closed-loop design)
Works much like a carburetor jet kit with adjustments similar to the air-mixture screw, the needle and clip positions and the main jet
The Fi2000 increases horsepower and torque by optimizing stock lean air/fuel mixtures (helps cool the engine temps as well)
Quick and simple installation with plug-and-ride technology with OEM-style connectors
No confusing computer downloads to install
No expensive dyno testing required
Pre-configured from the factory for your make and model, but easy to adjust should your specific application need it
Improves overall rideability
Virtually eliminates backfiring on deceleration
Low-Speed - This control functions similar to the air mixture screw on a carburetor, controlling off-idle fuel demands and steady cruising.
Mid-Speed - This is the equivalent of the needle and slip position on a carburetor. Two increments correspond to dropping the clip on a needle one position. One increment is the same as adding a shim. This is where you get the proper fuel mixture under load and acceleration.
High-Speed - This is the electronic counterpart to your main jet. Each numbered increment is the same as going up one main jet size starting with the stock suze at zero. This adjusts your fuel at full throttle.

THIS FUELPAK FIT HARLEY DAVIDSON MODELS:

2004-2009 DYNA AND 2002-2009 V-ROD. 2008-2009 STREETBOB

Your fuel injected American V-Twin is equipped with an ECU (electronic control unit) that's programmed to deliver fuel to the motor based on an air/fuel ratio for a stock air filter and stock exhaust system.

While the ECU can self-adjust for environmental factors such as temperature and altitude,
it can't adjust for mechanical changes like adding performance parts. When you install
a performance exhaust system, your airflow changes, so you need a fuel management system that adjusts your air/fuel ratio to match the changes.

Once Fuelpak is installed, locate your fuel map from the setting chart provided or look it up here.

Next, wth the ignition turned on, enter the values for your specific map directly into Fuelpak and calibrate your TPS (throttle position sensor). Finally, shut off the ignition, put the cover back on and you're ready to ride. That's the beauty of Fuelpak, you don't need to use a computer or tune on a dyno because the settings you enter are the result of our extensive dyno and road testing to find the ideal fuel map for your American V-Twin.
